4. Your Choices (Opt-In/Opt-Out)

• Opt-In: By providing your phone number on our enrollment forms, you are consenting to receive SMS messages from us.

• Opt-Out: You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time. Simply reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message, and we will no longer send texts to that number unless you re-enroll.
